This Privacy Policy explains how Aadarna Stock Broking Private Limited (“Aadarna”, “we”, “us”), an Authorised Person of Angel One Ltd., collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you visit this website or contact us. It is framed in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules.
1. Who is responsible for your data
For data you share with us directly on this website (for example when you call, email or WhatsApp us), Aadarna is the Data Fiduciary. Account opening, KYC and trading data are collected and processed by Angel One Ltd. on its own platform and are governed by Angel One's privacy policy available at angelone.in. This website does not collect your PAN, Aadhaar, bank details or login credentials.
2. Data we collect
- Contact data you choose to share: name, phone number, email and the content of your query.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and referring URL — collected by our hosting provider for security, and by analytics/advertising tools only if you consent.
- Cookies: essential cookies/local storage (to remember your cookie choice) and, with consent, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel cookies.
3. Why we use it (purpose)
- To respond to your queries and assist you with your Angel One account.
- To measure website usage and the performance of our advertisements (only with consent).
- To meet legal, regulatory and exchange requirements applicable to Authorised Persons.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it to send unsolicited commercial messages; any promotional calls/SMS comply with TRAI's TCCCPR and the DND registry.
4. Consent and your choices
Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you click “Accept all” on the cookie banner. You can change your choice anytime using “Cookie settings” in the footer. You may withdraw consent for any processing based on consent by writing to us; withdrawal does not affect processing done before it.

We share data only with: Angel One Ltd. (to service your account, where you ask us to); service providers who host the site or provide analytics/advertising (Google, Meta) under their terms; and regulators, exchanges or law enforcement where required by law.
6. Retention
We keep query data only as long as needed to resolve it and to comply with record-keeping requirements under SEBI and exchange regulations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable security practices. We will never ask for your password, OTP or UPI PIN.
8. Your rights (DPDP Act, 2023)
You may request access to a summary of your personal data, correction, completion, updating or erasure, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and seek grievance redressal. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India if your grievance is not resolved.
