1. About us
Aadarna Stock Broking Private Limited is an Authorised Person (AP) of Angel One Ltd. and is registered with NSE (AP0397617163 – Cash, F&O, Commodity), BSE (AP01061201169327 – Cash, F&O) and MCX (MCX/AP/177007 – Commodity). Angel One Ltd. is a SEBI-registered stock broker (INZ000161534), NSE Member ID 12798, BSE Member ID 612, MCX Member ID 12685, NCDEX Member ID 220, and a CDSL Depository Participant (IN-DP-384-2018).
Aadarna is also an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor – ARN-324924 (valid 19-Mar-2025 to 18-Mar-2028). As a distributor, Aadarna distributes schemes of SEBI-registered Mutual Funds, receives commission from the respective AMCs and does not provide investment advice. The Mutual Funds (principal entities) and their SEBI registration numbers are listed on our Registrations & Disclosures page. Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully.
2. Nature of services
- Aadarna acts as an agent of Angel One Ltd. for client acquisition and servicing. Your trading and demat accounts are opened and maintained by Angel One Ltd.
- Aadarna is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, Research Analyst or Portfolio Manager and does not provide investment advice, stock tips, recommendations, or manage client funds or portfolios.
- Aadarna does not offer or promote any fixed, assured, guaranteed or indicative return schemes, and does not accept cash, cheques, funds or securities from clients in its own name or in the name of any employee.
- All pay-in/pay-out of funds and securities must be done only through Angel One Ltd.'s designated bank and depository accounts.
- Brokerage, account-opening charges and other fees are as per Angel One Ltd.'s tariff and are displayed on the Angel One platform.
3. Non-exchange services
Services such as income-tax return filing support and insurance distribution (as POSP) are not exchange-traded products/services. Aadarna provides them in its independent capacity and not as an Authorised Person of Angel One Ltd. Disputes relating to such services will not have access to the exchange investor redressal forum or arbitration mechanism.
4. Risk disclosure
Investments in the securities market are subject to market risks. Read all the related documents, including the Risk Disclosure Document, Rights & Obligations, and Do's & Don'ts issued by Angel One Ltd. and the exchanges, carefully before investing. Derivatives and commodity trading involve a high degree of risk and may result in loss exceeding the initial margin. Registration granted by SEBI, membership of a SEBI-recognised stock exchange and certification from NISM in no way guarantee the performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the exchange/SEBI dispute-resolution mechanisms, courts at Visakhapatnam shall have jurisdiction.
